Jagan Mohini and Indra Vizha which has Namitha in the lead will be hitting the screens shortly. Now she is acting in a film titled Azhagana Ponnuthaan.

She will be wearing saree in this film and is donning the role of a family girl. Namitha who reached the heights of glamour is doing this role for a change. Namitha while speaking to the media said,” Many have the feeling that they cannot see me constantly on the screen.

Since I am doing lead role, there is a small gap now. Indra Vizha and Jagan Mohini are to be released shortly. These films will bring out my acting skills. In Indra Vizha I have donned a different type of role. We tried an innovative method to promote this film.

I sent 2 Lakhs e mails to my fans with regard to this film. There was a massive response for this. Thousands of fans have replied to me. Jagan Mohini is a film which was released a few years ago and was a great hit. I am really happy to work in this remake version. But this film is not a replica of the original version.
