Swathi who made her debut in Vijay starrer Deva had continued to act with Vijay in the film Vasantha Vassal and Selva. She has also paired with Ajith in Valarmathi.

She had also acted in the recently released Yogi. Swathi had acted in 45 films in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages. Kiran who is a director of a software company in Virginia has married Swathi on 22^nd November at Maruthi Gardens in Hyderabad.

Only the members of both the families participated in this marriage function. Both Swathi and Kiran had come to Tirupathi to offer their prayers. After this while speaking to the media, Swathi said,” This marriage took place with the blessing and approval of both the parents.
