 Trisha entered the filmdom in 1999. So far she has acted in 35 films in Tamil and Telugu languages. She is being paid Rs 1 Crore as salary in Telugu film industry.
Lesa Lesa is the first film in which she has debuted as heroine. She has acted in many films including Sami, Ghilli, Thirupachi, Kuruvi and Abhiyum Naanum. Currently she is acting in a Hindi film titled Katta Meeta. She has been further signed for three more Hindi films. So there was news that she will be settling in Mumbai. Initially Trisha’s house was in Pursawalkkam and now she has shifted her house to the posh area near Park Sheraton Hotel.
There was news that she is going to shift her house from her to Mumbai permanently. When asked Trisha about this, she said, “There is no truth in the news that I am shifting from Chennai. I am in search of houses in Mumbai to invest my money. Three bungalows have come for sale in Mumbai. I am planning to buy these properties. I have decided to buy these houses and rent them out.”
