Bold attempt by Sivakarthikeyan producers to curb piracy

Over the years, it’s been a never ending issue for the entire Tamil film industry of curbing down piracy rates. There have been protests, cyber crime deeds and many more in the league, which haven’t been yielded commendable results. But then, the producers at 24AM Studios have implemented a unique way to make the best to reduce the piracy rates.

Realizing that most of the piracy happen in overseas market, they have decided to release all their movies first in Tamil Nadu followed by a day later in overseas theaters. This will be the mantra of 24AM Studios rights from their maiden production venture ‘Remo’ starring Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles. The film is directed by Bhagyaraj, a former associate of Atlee and is produced by RD Raja of 24AM Studios.

While the film will be hitting screens on October 7 in Tamil Nadu, it will have foreign release on October 8. Director Mohan Raja who is directing Sivakarthikeyan for his next produced by 24 AM Studios has appreciated this daring attempt of the production house tweeting, “Wow.. Lots of bonus benefits wen u team with the right people:) One more bold surprise move fm my production house… (sic)”
