As of to everybody, Don and Billa versions has been making its best throughout the times in tinsel town. With the regional film industries in India still trying to remake this film in their own respective languages, both Bollywood and Kollywood have set up for their sequels. Don-2 is being shaped well that has Shah Rukh in lead role and the most exciting news is that the second part will be made in Tamil too. Yup! The same gang of Billa, Ajith Kumar, Vishnuvardhan and Yuvan Shankar Raja will join hands for this film.

Jose Maveli is producing a film titled Naalai Namade being directed by Vinayan is always known for his ground-breaking themes. With an oath to do only those movies that deal with the physically challenged, he has done En Mana Vaanil, Kaasi and Arpudha Theevu. Naalai Namade is based on the life of children in an orphanage in Kerala. The leading role of the movie is donned by Gamyam fame actor Sharwanand. With the success of Gamyam, he's been getting many offers, which the actor politely declined.

But during the last month, we had couple of Telugu remakes that were bit convincing for all the centres. Santhosh Subramaniam and Yaaradi Nee Mohini are gonna cross the first month and they are rocking as the recent release Kuruvi has disappointed everyone.

As of from the earlier, Dasavatharam has been making headlines right from the day of movie launch. Later after 2.5 years, the expectations were higher with audio launch being held in a grand manner. Now with the film slated to release for the first week of June, there are few works stills pending on the post productions. Few shots involving Tsunami are being worked out and soon after the completion; the release date would be confirmed.

Meera Nandan will be debuting in the film titled Valrico which is being produced by the Media Company Ananda Vikatan. Akhil, who made a memorable debut in Balaji Sakthivel's Kaloori will do the leading role and will be directed by Anantha Narayanan. The film has music by maestro Ilayaraja and camera is by Azhagappan. Meera Nandan is Kochi-based former TV anchor made her debut opposite Dileep in Mulla.
