Dashi who is presently scoring music for films Manavan Ninaithal, Payanangal Mudivathillai and two more films has recently set the tunes for lyrics penned by Sai.Sa.Usman, a one time associate of veteran writer D.Jayakanthan for an album titled 'Kalaignar Kavasam'. P.K.Subheesh, who was introduced through film Manavan Ninaithal, has rendered the song This album is being released on June 3rd on the occasion of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Dr. Kalaignar Karunanithi's 85th birth Anniversary. The first CD will be received by Rajathi Ammal, wife of Karunanithi. Dashi, a young Tamil composer who born and brought up in Puthukkottai has won the music director award from the government of Kerala for his best back ground music for film Thanthra. |
