Nayanthara has worked very hard to loos her weight for the movie Sathyam with Vishal.  She followed some strict diet to get the look she has now.  In the movie Sathyam she looked glamorous than ever before with her structure and curves.  Her fans however want her back the way she was.  They say they liked her for the way she was.
