Mani Ratnam’s is about to take an epic story line for his next movie Ramanyana which will be released in Tamil and Hindi.    

Actor Vikram will be playing the leading role in Tamil with Aishwarya Rai.  In the Hindi version Abhishek Bachchan will be pairing up with his own wife Aishwarya Rai. 

Vikram said he is thrilled to work with the Bachchan family and that they are good friends of his.  Amithabh Bachchan Corporation Limited introduced Vikram in 1990.
