Most of the part with Prakash Raj started to collapse because he kept on delaying with his own projects.  Not know what to do Saba approached Krishnamoothy and he agreed to produce the film.   

After the movie has been launched this morning Prakash Raj went to the Producers Council to file a complaint for contract violation.   

The film Maa has Srikanth and Bhookika in the leading roles with Prithviraj and Madhushalaini.
