Leading stars of Tamil, Vijay and Nayanthara, the official brand ambassadors of Chennai Super Kings team, will act in a promotional album. The cricketers in the team will also appear in the video album meant for promoting the event.
The lyrics for the songs in the album are penned by Vairamuthu and the music is to be composed by Mani Sharma. Rajiv Menon, prominent filmmaker, directs video album besides cranking the camera. The song will be shot in A.V.M. Studios. Vijay and Nayanthara will endorse Chennai Super Kings by appearing in TV advertisements, on hoardings related to the tournament and will be seen at all the matches played at Chennai, Mohali, Kolkata and Mumbai. Both have been paid a whopping amount for their endorsement
