The members of the Cine Technician Association created a commotion at the shooting of the tele serial Arasi on Sunday. The shooting of the two serials Arasi and Lakshmi was in progress at a private nursing room at T.Nagar. The mob who were supposed to the members of Light man and Cine Technician Association entered the shooting premises and attacked the artistes and damaged the expensive shooting equipments.
The shooting was cancelled to prevent further damage. The injured artists were hospitalized. It is learnt that the Association was demanding their pay on par with the cinema industry. In this regard Radhika has preferred a complaint with Commissioner of Police seeking appropriate action against the erred technicians.
