With all filmmakers of Kollywood making films with futuristic themes using lots of graphics and imported technicians, here comes M.Sasi Kumar with something different. His film Subramaniapuram will center on the lives of youngsters in Subramaniapuram during 1980s. Chennai 600028 fame Jai, debutant Swathy, Kanja Karuppu and Samuthira Kani play lead roles. Musician-TV anchor James Vasanthan has scored music for the film while Thamarai and Yughabharathi had penned down lyrics. S.R. Kathir has taken care of camera works and Raja Mohammed is the editor. Erecting the sets of ambiences of 1980s, Rembon's art works has got high expectations. And so does the costumes designed by Natraj. Audio for the film was recently launched at Sathyam Cinemas with almost all versatile personalities of Tamil cinema taking part in it. Soon would be released the film within in this month end.
