Pasupathy in the remake of Taxi No. 9211 |

An era of remakes would be best term to define the scenario of Indian Films at present. The best movies of any regional film industries are remade in each language. Now its time for Bollywood movie Taxi No. 9211 to be remade in Tamil with Lakshmikanthan directing it.
The Hindi version had Nana Patekar, John Abraham, Sonali Kulkarni in the lead roles and the remake in Tamil will have Pasupathy playing the role of Taxi Driver (played by Nana Patekar in Hindi) and Simran is being offered to pair up as his wife. The wife's role was played by Sonali Kulkarni and even she will featured in a different role in this remake. Sonali Kulkarni had made her debut in Tamil films with May Madham. Till now, the guy who is gonna play the role of John Abraham hasn't been confirmed. The film is about the encounter that takes place on one fine day between a Taxi Driver and a richest guy in the town during a journey that is going to change their course of life within the same day
