Shooting to fame with the movie Padayappa as Neelambari, Ramya Krishnan, the every so young actress is back with the movie Arumugam.  Director Krishna is the director this movie with Bharath as the main hero. 

 Ramya Krishnan after her marriage with Telugu director Krishna Vamsi, rejected many offer that came her way.  She was impressed by the story of Arumugam and decided to act.  Otherwise her main focus is on producing and hosting TV shows.   

Even Nadhiya’s role in Sandai was first offered to Ramya but she refused.
