K V Anand who directed Surya in Ayan will be directing a film which has Simbhu in the lead role. Harris Jayaraj is composing the music.

Jeeva starrer Ram is being remade in Hindi with the title Bolo Ram. Naseeruddin Shah, Om Puri and Padmini Kolapuri are doing the important roles in this film. Since Naseeruddin Shah liked this film very much, he is acting free of cost.

There was lot of speculations on the round that who will be directing his 50^th film. Venkat Prabhu’s name was mentioned earlier But it seems that Gowtham Menon’s name is under examination. There is chance for Samira Reddy to do the female lead role.
