Madhumitha says directing comedy film is a tough job

Madhumitha who directed Kolai Kolia Mundhrika while speaking to the media said,” After Vallamai Tharayo I am directing this film. This is a full length comedy film. Crazy Mohan has written the story and dialogues.

 

Jayaram, Karthik Kumar and new face Shika are starring in this film. The film will be released during the month of February. It is a happy thing that women directors are received well. They have the power to control the cast and crew in the shooting spots.

Women directors gain lot of respect. There is a view that they can direct only soft romantic films. But that is not the fact. Each women director think in an innovative way. It is not an easy thing to direct a comedy film. It is a tough job. But I have done this in a good way.”
