 Manirathnam has written and directed the film Raavan under the banner Madras Talkies.
This film has been made in Hindi and Tamil. A R Rahman has composed the music while Santhosh Sivan has handled the camera. In both the languages Vikram, Aishwarya Rai and Priyamani are acting. The shooting of the film has been completed and the post production work is going on. This film will be released on May or June.
After this another Hindi and Tamil film is being made by Madras Talkies which is to be directed by Manirathnam.In the Tamil film, Simbhu will do the lead role while in Hindi, Ranbir Kapoor will do the lead role. The shooting of these films will commence in the month of November.
