Director Shankar’s assistant K R Mathivanan is directing a film titled Aridhu Aridhu. New face Harish is doing the lead role in this film.

He is the son of the famous Audio Company Five Star owner Kalyan. Uthara, a new face is pairing with the hero. She has bagged the award in beauty contest held in New Zealand in the year 2008. Princess Jasmina who had acted in the Hollywood film Ghost Rider is also acting in an important role in this film.

Popular fashion designer Naasia Syed from London is the costumer for this film. When asked about the film, the director said,” The film is based on the line of Avaiyar’ Aridhu Aridhu Manidarai Pirathal Ardhu’ which means’ it is rare to be born as a human’. Though human beings belong to various race, caste, creed and language, life is important.

I have narrated this in a different way. 80% of the film was shot in Austarlia. People from various religions and community have acted in this film. The final stage of work is now going on. This film is being produced in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages.” Thaman has composed the music while Arul Selvan has handled the camera. Kasi Viswanathan is editing this film. J Jayakrishnan is producing this film under the banner J K Creations.
