While speaking about this film, director Kanmani said,” This film is about the lovers who run away from their houses. But we have not justified their running in this film. Many films in connection with the lovers eloping has been made for time to time.

But this film speaks about the people who help these lovers. This film is being released in Tamil and Telugu languages. In Telugu we have titled this film as Lech Potama. The songs of this film have become a great hit.
