Kazhavani is a film which has Pasanga Vimal and Oviya in the lead roles. Director Sargunam who is directing this film said,” This film has the backdrop of Thanjavur and its customs.

The shooting took place in Orathanadu, Mannargudi and surrounding villages. The shooting is complete and only one song sequence is remaining to be shot. Vimal who is a rogue falls in for Oviya who is a plus 2 student. There is no problem fin  this romance.

The film is a jolly good one. But there is a matter in this. That is the highlight of the story. Ilavarasu, Saranya and Kanga Karuppu are also in the cast.
