Director Rajesh has been getting through the worst phase of his career, which is so much evident with the actors he has worked with. The graph has been declining from top level to the bottom now.
Having worked with actors like Jiiva, Arya, Udhayanidhi Stalin, Karthi et al, he has now stepped down with a C-grade actor like GV Prakash, who has been constantly receiving brickbats for making adult-comedies.
Although his recent release ‘Kadavul Irukan Kumaru’ got ‘U’ certificate, it doesn’t miss to get the bad criticisms for hurting the religious sentiments of both Hinduism and Christianity. Moreover, GV Prakash has been known for his roles of stalking girls and in this movie RJ Balaji has made funny comments against STR, Shruthi Haasan and many more factors.
Reacting to this, director Rajesh has said that he is least bothered about the criticisms and he never takes them to his mind. He is happy that youngsters and college going students are enjoying this film. It looks like Rajesh and GV Prakash are establishing a new standard for ‘Adult-Comedy’ genre and yes, they would definitely succeed with their target audiences.
