It looks like there is a lot of shift happening among the South Indian territories. There were times, where the stars of the respective regional industries would be seen in their own territories and not shifting across to their neighbouring states. But now it is all happening frequently.
While Nivin Pauly is making his direct Tamil debut through the remake of super hit Kannada movie ‘Ulidhavaru Kandante’, Shraddha Srinath has been signed as the female lead role in this film directed by debutant Gautham Ramachandran.
While the shooting of this film is scheduled to take off shortly by next month in Tuticorin, there seems to be surprising news from Nivin Pauly. The actor has finalized his next Malayalam film to be produced by Universal Pictures, which will have directed by National award winning filmmaker Siddarth Siva.
Reportedly, the film will mark the debut of Tamil actress Aishwarya Rajesh into Mollywood and one more interesting element is the debut of cinematographer George C Williams. He had initially handled cinematography for movies like Raja Rani, Kaththi, Naanum Rowdy Thaan and recent release Theri. Definitely, this new combination would make some difference in the Malayalam industry for sure.
