Saithan gives credits to late writer Sujatha

Music director turned actor Vijay Antony has proved his success as an actor with the movies like Naan, Salim, India Pakistan and latest release Picchaikaaran. Now with the grand success of Picchaikaaran in both Tamil and Telugu, the expectation graph for his upcoming film Saithan has reached the rocket heights.

The film has been generating huge expectations with the stunning response to the 9-minute feature of this film’s opening sequences that were recently released on YouTube. It managed to cross 1 Million views in a short span of time and one more interesting news is about the film’s mammoth poster slot at Sathyam Cinemas, which doesn’t get granted easily to any movies.

One more fact is that the film is actually based on the novel titled ‘Aa’ written by late novelist Sujatha. But many didn’t know about this fact and the team just revealed about this inspiration during the audio and trailer launch. Apparently, after some pressures from journalists they have finally given the due credits to Sujatha with his name mentioned in the posters and new advertisements from today.

The film is directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy and is produced by Fathima Vijay Antony under the banner of Vijay Antony Film Corporation.
