Sanchita Shetty shot to fame with her much celebrated illusionary character in Vijay Sethupathi’s Soodhu Kavvum, which was directed by Nalan Kumarasamy.
Later, she was seen as an antagonistic devilish role in Pizza II – The Villa. She is back now to bounce with a much challenging characterization of ‘RUM’, which features Hrishikesh in lead role. The film touted to be a spine-chilling horror thriller also features Vivekh, Naren, Amzath Khan and few more prominent actors.
Moreover, this is the first ever horror album from Anirudh, which is fastly rolling on floors. Speaking about one of the daringly challenging adventures, Sanchita Shetty recollects saying, “Most of the shooting happened during the night times and we all used to sleep during day just like Bats. Most of the sequences are involved about car driving. “I have driven normal cars, but being offered an SUV, I was out of control while panicking… In a short span of time, Hrishikesh, Vivekh and Amzath just boarded into the car and later had the director jokingly saying that their lives were in my hands’ disposal.”
