Filmmaker-Producer and actor Sasikumar has managed to have four releases this year that started off with Bala’s Thaara Thappattai followed by ‘Vetrivel’ and then ‘Kidaari’. Now he has completed the post-production works of his upcoming film ‘Bale Vellaiya Theva’, which was initially reported to hit screens for the festive occasion of Christmas on December 23, 2017.
The film is directed by Solai Prakash and is bankrolled by Sasikumar under the banner of Company Pictures. Yesteryear Late actor Ravichandran’s granddaughter Tanya makes her debut in Tamil cinema playing the female lead role and Kovai Sarala plays an important role. Darbuka Siva, who composed music for Kidaari has repeated his task over here for this project too.
While Suriya’s Singam 3 was postponed from December 16 to December 23 for festive occasion of Christmas, it gradually postponed the release of Jayam Ravi-Arvind Swamy-Hansika Motwani starrer ‘Bogan’ to somewhere in January 2017.
It was expected that even this movie would be postponed, but Sasikumar seems to be stronger enough with his decision to release the movie on the same date clashing with Singam 3. So both the movies will be hitting screens worldwide on the same date and since there are 10 days holidays for schools and colleges, both movies would have good time reportedly.
