We are all pretty sure that we have noticed a beautiful and a chirpy girl in Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Accham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada, who plays the younger sister of Silambarasan. Yes, she is none other than Anjali Rao, who isn’t just an aspiring actress, but a MBA graduate with good proficiency in grade.
She is now making her debut in female lead role with the film titled ‘Peechaankai’, which is a humour based movie set against the theme of alien syndrome, where the protagonist (played by Karthik) has an issue with uncontrollable left hand. The film is directed by debut filmmaker Ashok and is produced by Karsa Entertainment RS Karthik in association with PG Muthaiah under the banner of PG Media Works.
Speaking about this film, Anjali Rao says that she has a huge passion for acting and she has been a part of several ad films. In fact, this gained her an opportunity to play the love interest of Vijay Sethupathi in Vanmam. “I will be playing the role of Abhirami, who runs a telephone booth with her father. Although my appearance is minimal in this film, it has good prominence.”
