At this juncture, director Rajamouli has decided to remake this film in Hindi in 3D format.

Rajamouli has decided to screen this film to Abhishek Bachchan in order to cast him in the lead role in this remake film. If Abhishek Bachchan likes the film, Rajamouli has decided to cast him in Nani’s role.He has also mentioned that Sudeep and Samantha who had acted in Naan Ee will also act in the Hindi version.
