She has mentioned, “ My husband while taking the car said that he is going to change the car battery.

Driver Suresh phoned in the next 10 minutes that my husband Mahadevan has jumped into the river. I could never believe this.

I immediately went to Kotturpuram Bridge. The firemen personnel were in search of him. I was not able to stand in that place. I thought he will be alive and went home but I got the news that he is dead.

I don’t know the reason that why he has ended his life. My husband had a great affection towards his mother Shantha. My mother-in-law Shantha expired on 18th of April. This affected my husband’s mind.

He was restless all the time. We took him to the doctor. He was under treatment from then. I think that he has taken this decision because he was not able to put up with his mother’s death. Apart from that, we both did not have any other problems.”
