Tamil Actress Shruthi HaasanShruthi Haasan is donning the female lead role in a Hindi film to be directed by Prabhu Deva. The Hindi film Rowdy Rathore directed by Prabhu Deva turned out to be a mega hit.

After this, Prabhu Deva is directing another Hindi film. The shooting of this film is to commence next month. Producer Kumar Taurani’s son Girish Taurani is donning the lead role in this film.

Prabhu Deva was in search of a suitable heroine for Girish. Now it has been confirmed that Shruthi Haasan will be pairing with Girish. Prabhu Deva while speaking about this said, "I thought Shruthi Haasan will be suitable for this role. Hence we approached her and she has also agreed. This film is a sweet romantic one. It will have all the commercial ingredients."

Prabhu Deva will be continuously directing three Hindi films in a row. So he has decided to settle in Mumbai. He is now residing in Sridevi’s bungalow.
