Lakshmi Rai bids adieu to glamour in Thandavam

Tamil Actress Lakshmi RaiThandavam is a high budgeted film which has Vikram in the lead role. This high budgeted film is being produced by UTV Motion Pictures. Anushka, Amy Jackson and Jagapathy Babu are also in the cast. The film is directed by Vijay.

Vikram had earlier donned the lead role in the film titled Deiva Thirumagal which also had Anushka in the cast. This film was also directed by Vijay. Because of this combination there are lots of expectations among the people with regard to the film Thandavam.

G V Prakash has composed the music while Nirav Shah has handled the camera. Lakshmi Rai is another heroine of this film. It is understood that she has donned a different kind of role. When asked her about the difference, she said, "I who had been donning glamorous role so far is not donning a glamorous role in this film."
