Padmapriya while speaking to the media at this juncture said, " I have acted in lots of Tamil films but now there is a big gap. I don’t have Tamil films in hand now. None of the directors are approaching me. I don’t know the reason that why I am being sidelined.

He is not manager for me alone. He is also a manager for many actors. Since there is a doubt in this problem I don’t want to speak anything more about this issue. It is not right to see me as a controversy person because I made a complaint that director Sami slapped me and now I am involved in the manager issue. I have so far acted in 45 films. The reason for this is attributed to my fans. I have worked under lots of directors. All of them know about me. I have not created problems for anyone of them."
