Actress Meena gave birth to a baby girl on January 2nd at 11:30 am at hospital in Chennai.

She marred Vidyasagar, who is Bangalore-based software Engineer. There wedding took place in Tirupathi Temple on July 12th of 2009.

Meena’s mother Rajamallika spoke to the media and said “We are extremely happy, both the mother and the child are keeping well. In a couple of days we will be brining the two home. We haven’t finalised a name for the baby yet, we will consult with our astrologer and based on the star and the time of birth, we will name our baby”.

Actress Ranjitha disappeared after Nithyananda sex-scandal is back again in public. She says she is not the one in the video tapes and she is still a devotee of Nithyananda and will remain the same forever.

At a press meet the actress said that she has been made a victim. Ranitha included the reason why she left is that as any other woman would she was worried about her family name and left to US for the hideout.

Actor Vijaykumar’s and his daughter Vanitha’s resent family feud broke out in public at Chennai Airport.

They filed cases against each other for Vanitha’s son Vijay Sri Hri who was born to her and her ex-husband Akash. She even declared that Vijaykumar runs brothel.

Vanitha accused her son was illegally detained by his father Akash, but when he was asked before the judje Akash said Vanitha voluntarily gave the custody of the son to him on November 7th as per the child’s wish.

The boy did not wanted to live with his mother because he was beeing treated badly by his mother and Anand Rajan.

On December 25th in Madras High Court it was ruled that Akash should hand over their son Vijay to Vanitha within two weeks. Akash, however, refused to do so and pointing out that having married again will disqualify her from having any preferential right over the custody.

On December 29th Vijaykumar was flying back to Chennai from Hyderbad along with her son and some how Vanitha came to know about this and rushed to the airport to take her son back as per court order.
