Kanishka is donning the female lead role. Another actress Bhavya is also starring in this film. Ganja Karuppu, Crane Manohar and Mohan Vaidhya are also starring in this film.

The screenplay of this film is about the deeds of an educated fool, clown and uneducated scholar. That is why I have titled this film has Moovar (Three).

The shooting of the film took place for 40 days in Tamil Nadu and Andhra. We have planned to shoot the song sequences in foreign locales."
