Stepping above from publications and Television Production, Vikatan Talkies launches the first film. 'Siva Manasula Sakthi' is an enjoyable movie.

It's a Love Vs Ego clash between a boy and girl that's somewhat clichéd in Tamil Cinema
Siva (Jeeva) and Sakthi (Anuya) meet each other in a train journey from Coimbatore to Chennai… Siva starts off bluffing that he's from Indian Army Service while Sakthi on the pars says that she's associated with Thai Airlines. But in reality it's exposed that Siva is a courier boy who spends most of the time in wine shop with his friend (Santhanam).

While Sakthi is a radio jockey in Hello FM, but both keep colliding and get attracted.  Meanwhile Sakthi's father finds her a smart IT chap Arun (Aarya in guest appearance) and marriage is fixed.  Indeed, it's the right time when Siva makes her realize that they are in love and so they are all romantically spending a night together. Well, are the things fine from now? Not at all, watch the later half to get yourselves with fun, frolic, emotions and romance.

Jeeva is cool and it's nice to see in a young smart chap after a long time. Debutant Anuya does a decent job. Santhanam adds to the humour quotient while Oorvasi dominates on the whole. Aarya on his guest appearance is a special surprise for all audiences.

Musical score by Yuvan is above mediocre and technical aspects could've been much better.

Rajesh starts off with a good debut directorial. Things would have been better if screenplay was bit sharper in the later half.

On the whole, Siva Manasula Sakthi is a good family entertain for 'A' centres while it's multiplex audiences would be enjoying a lot.

Verdict: Worth Watching…
*** ½
