There are so much of expectations mounting upon the film Thiruttuppayale 2. The reason is that the first part had so much of applause and appreciation for a bold theme. The movie starred Jeevan, Sonia Aggarwal, Abbas and Malavika in lead roles. It was directed by Susi Ganesan, who has now again directed the second part. He has clearly uttered that there is no connection between both the parts except the title.
The movie was initially planned by AGS Entertainment to release it on December 1 and now it is preponed for release on November 30. Coincidentally, the same date will have the release of Sasikumar-Mahima Nambiar starrer Kodi Veeran. The film is directed by Muthaiah, who earlier collaborated with Sasikumar in the film ‘Kutti Puli’.
Much alike the previous movies of Muthaiah that includes Marudhu and Komban, it will be definitely getting more importance upon family sentiments, especially brother-sister sentiments. Mahima Nambiar, Poorna and Sanusha have played the female lead roles in this film, which features Pasupathy in an important character.
