T Rajendran has explained that why he had acted in the film Kavan directed by K V Anand. K V Anand is directing a film titled Kavan which has Vijay Sethupathi, T Rajendar, Madonna Sebastian and others in the cast. The film produced by AGS Entertainments has the music of Hip Hop Tamizha. The film is being released on 31st March.
A press meet was convened for this film in Chennai. Speaking on this occasion T Rajendar said, “I am an ardent fan of K V Anand who is basically a cinematographer. His camera handling for the song Sakalakala Baby was simply superb.
The films Ayan, Anegan and Ko which he had directed had beautiful Tamil titles. He approached me and narrated me the story. Initially I was reluctant. I refused thrice but K V Anand was stubborn. K V Anand makes his film depending on his stories. He doesn’t put faith in big actors.
If the story is not good, the film will not be successful even if it has a big hero. Anand told me that he will give freedom at the shooting spots. He kept his promise on the sets.”
