Making his debut directorial with the film ‘Saithan’ starring Vijay Antony in lead role, filmmaker Pradeep Krishnamoorthy has already signed his next outing even before the release of his maiden debut. Yes, it is none other than the official remake of super hit Telugu movie ‘Kshanam’.
The film happens to be a surprise winner in Telugu film industry as PVP Cinemas in spite of producing big budgeted movies completely flunked to spin decent collections, but then this small budget movie had its toast of bigger spell by getting huge profits.
The film’s remake rights have been acquired by Sathyaraj’s home banner Nathambal Film Factory that stars his son Sibiraj in lead role. Adah Sharma who played the female lead in original version will be reprising her role out here and there was another actress in the movie Anasuya Bharadwaj, who played the grey shaded role. The remake version will now feature Varalaxmi Sarathkumar for the same characterization.
This will be an out and out thriller that will keep audiences edge seated from beginning till the end. The shooting of this film has already commenced and would be hitting screens by initial months of 2017.
