While Vikram used to take a long time for the completion of his projects due to over involvement of one particular project at one time, fans had to wait for a long time to watch his movies. But then, he has made a sudden decision to work on multiple projects now. Following the grand success of his last year movie release ‘Iru Mugan’, the actor has now started to work simultaneously on couple of projects – Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram and Vijay Chander’s untitled movie. Vikram has now completed the first leg of shooting for Dhruva Natchathiram that has been filmed across the backdrops of Coonoor, Ooty and Chennai. From tomorrow (February 10), Vikram will be joining the sets of his untitled next, directed by Vijay Chander of Vaalu fame. The film is directed by Moving Frame and is touted to be a thriller drama set against the backdrops of North Chennai.
Initially, Sai Pallavi was signed to play the female lead role in this movie and is now replaced by Tamannaah. SS Thaman will be composing music for this film, which is tentatively titled as Vikram 53. The film also features Soori, Radharavi, Ravi Kishen and RK Suresh in important roles.
